"And I, God , said unto man, Behold, I have given you every herb, bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth: and every tree to the which shall be the fruit of a tree, yielding seed, to you it shall be for meat. (food)."
 
There is much information about eating most of our foods raw.
 
We hear testimonies from customers that have become well because they have changed their diets.  They have eaten their foods the way that our Heavenly Father created them in the beginning.
 
The good news is that when you buy produce, you are given a free healthy recipe.

 Raw Food Recipes’:
(Try these and many more in the Raw Food Recipe Book by Charles, Coralanne & George Nungesser)

Cold Slaw-Red
1 Head Red Cabbage Sliced into This Strips
1 Cucumber, peeled & sliced into round slices
1 Cup Pine Nuts
2 Vine Ripened Tomatoes, diced
1 Avocado, Cubed
½ Cup extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
Mix Well & Serve

 

Cold Slaw-Green

In a bowl add-

1 head green cabbage, shredded

1 cucumber, peeled & diced

1 cup pineapple, chopped

1 Jalapeno pepper, minced

In a blender, add:

¼ cup extra virgin cold pressed olive oil

1 avocado, remove pit

2 tablespoons pine nuts

1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons celery seed

1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste

Blend well and pour over slaw

 


Green Salad

In a Salad Bowl, Combine-

2 Cups Broccoli, Chop Crowns, Grate Stalks

2 Cups Red Chard, Chopped

½ Cup Walnuts, Chopped

¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds

1 Cup Bean Sprouts

½ Cup Lentil Sprouts

 

  

My Favorite Salad

2 large heads of romaine lettuce, wash & tear into small pieces

2 avocados, pitted & spooned into salad bowl

2 tomatoes, diced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons extra virgin cold pressed olive oil

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (spice)

2 teaspoons sea salt or to taste

¼ cup pine nuts

¼ cup raisins

Mix ingredients together & let sit for 10 minutes before serving

 

Zucchini Salad

2 Zucchini, peeled & grated

2 patty pan squash of your choice, peeled & diced

1 tablespoon green onion diced

3 tablespoons extra virgin cold pressed olive oil

10 olives, whole pitted

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste


 
Salsa

In a medium bowl, combine-

2 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped

½ small red onion, finely chopped, rinsed & drained

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 serrano pepper, minced, add to taste

½ teaspoon sea salt or to taste

 

 

Cranberry Salad

 In a blender add:

1 cup cranberries

1 cup dates, pitted & soaked in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes, strain & discard water

½ teaspoon allspice

2 teaspoons cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground cloves

2 teaspoons coconut butter

Blend together well

In a separate bowl, add-

2 pears  cored & chopped

2 apples cored & chopped

1 cup pineapple, chopped

½ cup raisins         
Pour blender contents over fruit and mix well.

 

 

Broccoli - Cauliflower Salad
1 head broccoli, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch green onions, cup up fine
 Mix well:
 2 cups mayonnaise of salad dressing
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup rice milk or almond milk (if desired)
1 tablespoon honey
Best if marinated for an hour of more.
