Dried Fruit Cookies
2 cups almonds, pecans or walnuts, soaked overnight and drained
1 1/2 cups dried fruit (pineapple, apple, apricots, mangos, ect.)
3-4 Medjool dates, soaked 2 hours and drained
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (or more if needed)
Place "S" blade in food processor and turn the machine on. Alternate by adding the nuts, dried fruit and dates. Process until well mixed. In a separate bowl, place dried coconut and coat the balls before placing them on a platter.
Get Up & Go Grains
In a bowl, add½ cup wheat or barley sprouts
½ cup rye berries sprouts
½ cup sunflower seed sprouts
1 banana, peeled & sliced
½ cup blueberries½ cup raspberries
5 dates, pitted & chopped
Great to eat with Almond Milk
Sprouts to Go
½ cup lentil sprouts½ cup mung bean sprouts
1 cup cabbage chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 avocado cubed
1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
Mix Well & Eat
Power Smoothie
In a Blender Add:
2 Bananas
1 young coconut, juice and meat
1 tablespoon of dehydrated barley juice powder
1 cup sunflower seed sprouts
½ cup dates, pitted
Blend until Smooth
Scary Cherry Smoothie
In a blender, add:
2 bananas
1 cup apple juice
1 cup cherries, pitted
½ cup blueberries
½ cup pine nuts
½ vanilla bean
Blend until smooth
Mango Tango Smoothie
In a blender, add:
1 cup almond milk
1 cup mango1 cup peaches
½ cup raw cashews
1 tablespoon raw unheated honey
Blend until smooth
Strawberry Sunrise Surprise
In a blender, add:
2 banana’s, peeled
1 apple
1 pear
10 frozen strawberries
1 cup Almond Milk¼ cup pine nuts
Blend until Smooth
Honey Nuts
In a bowl, add:
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup brazil nuts, chopped
½ cup raw unheated honey
1 tablespoon raw carob powder
Mix ingredients well, and dehydrate for 15 hours.
Caramel AppleIn a food processor using the S blade, add:
1 ½ cup hazelnuts
¾ cup dates
¼ cup raw unheated honey
2 tablespoons raw carob powder
Process like paste, Place apple on a popsicle stick and cover apple with pasteVariation- roll in coconut or chopped nuts
Gazpacho Stew
In a large bowl, mix:
1 medium cucumber, peeled & chopped
1 medium zucchini, peeled & chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
½ cup red onion, diced
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
7 vine ripened tomatoes (5 coarsely chopped, 2 blended)
2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 fresno pepper (red jalapeno), minced
1 cup fresh cut corn
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
1 avocado, cubed (optional)
Chill for 30 minutes & serve
